I wanted to do this video more of a vlog style where I show you how I make some simple, and healthy breakfast meals.
These are some just some of the easiest, healthy, and delicious breakfast meal prep that you can do! It super customizable to add new flavours in and out.
We are cooking some Egg Muffins and Overnight Oats
Egg Muffin
– Egg Whites
– Any veggies you have in your fridge (bell peppers, onion, mushroom, tomatoes, spinach)
* Preheat oven at 350 degrees, and cook for 20 minutes on bake
Overnight Oats
1/2 cup of Oats
1/2 scoop of Protein Powder
1/2 cup of Almond Milk (any milk you like)
1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1-2 tablespoon of Maple Syrup
Add any berries, chocolate chips, or nuts to it in the morning
