Chia Oats Pudding with Honey, Apples, and Dragon Fruit
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cups milk (or milk of your choice)
2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
1 apple, cored and diced
1 dragon fruit, halved and flesh scooped out (you can dice or make small balls using a melon baller)

Instructions:
Combine Chia Seeds and Oats: In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, rolled oats.

Add Milk : Pour in the milk. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Refrigerate: Transfer the mixture into individual serving bowls or one large container. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight will give it a pudding-like consistency.

Prep the Fruits: While the pudding is setting, you can dice the apple and scoop out the dragon fruit flesh. Store them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.

Serve: Once the chia oat pudding has thickened, take it out of the refrigerator. Give it a good stir. If it’s too thick for your liking, you can add a splash of milk to adjust the consistency. Add Honey and top with diced apple and dragon fruit. Drizzle a bit more honey if desired.

Enjoy!

Chia oat pudding is versatile. You can experiment with other fruits and toppings, like nuts or shredded coconut. Enjoy the delightful combination of the creamy pudding with the freshness of apples and the exotic touch of dragon fruit!
