ITEMS FROM VIDEO:
Blender:
smoothie bowls:

Dragon fruit smoothie bowl:
-2 packs of frozen dragon fruit
-1 frozen banana
-1/2C strawberries
– splash of almond milk
Blend and top with your favorite fruit toppings! I did kiwi, blueberry, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey!
Crispy Chicken:
– 1 pound chicken cutlets seasoned with salt and pepper
– 1C almond flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
– 1 egg whisked seasoned with garlic salt
Directions:
– Add 2-3T of avocado oil to a pan
– Toss seasoned chicken in egg mixture and then almond flour. Shake well and add to pan to fry
– Cook each side for 2-3 minutes. Cook chicken until inside is cooked through and both sides are lightly browned.
Salad:
– artisan lettuce
– carrots, shredded
– cucumber, chopped
– red onion, sliced
– cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
-broccoli, chopped
-radish, sliced
– 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Toss salad and top with favorite dressing and crispy chicken!
Homemade salad dressing:
– 1/2C olive oil
-1/4C lemon juice
– 2T lemon zest
-1T minced garlic
-3T balsamic vinegar
-drizzle of honey
– salt and pepper to taste
Extra will last up to 2 weeks in the fridge!
