1 cup black chickpea (soaked for 5-6 hrs)
3 red chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 onion chopped
2-3 curry leaves
1 piece ginger
grind the above
Add
2 tsp curd
2 Tbsp idli batter
A pinch of baking soda
salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
coriander leaves
2 Tbsp coconut oil to make adai
