wheat bread recipe:

Ingredients: (pan size 600gm)

250 ml warm water
60 grams honey
6 grams active dry yeast
350 grams whole wheat flour
3 grams salt
20 grams milk powder
20 grams butter

Instructions:

Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, combine the warm water (about 110°F or 43°C) and honey.
Sprinkle the yeast over the water-honey mixture and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy. This indicates that the yeast is activated.
Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and milk powder.
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Pour the activated yeast mixture into the dry ingredients.
Add the softened butter to the dough.
Knead the Dough:

Mix everything together until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. You may need to add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
First Rise:

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the Dough:

Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to remove excess air.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Second Rise:

Cover the loaf pan with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake:

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Cool:

Remove the bread from the oven and
