Hi guys! This is my weekly meal prep for another week on WW (Weight Watchers).

Low carb taco casserole –
Low carb steak taco bowls –

Pumpkin Caramel French toast bake (Makes 1 serving)
2 slices bread – cubed
¼ cup protein shake
¼ cup egg whites
1 Tbl pure pumpkin
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Cube up bread and place in an oven safe dish. Combine protein shake, egg whites, pumpkin and spice. Pour over bread cubes. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
