Today I’m going to show you how to make delicious and healthy donuts!
These donuts have no flour, no yeast and no butter.
This recipe contains super healthy ingredients, and makes a perfect healthy breakfast or delicious nutritious dessert! Enjoy!
BAKED OATMEAL DONUTS (makes 3 donuts)
Ingredients:
Oats 100g
Egg 1
Baking powder 5g
Milks 20g
Sugar 1 tsp
(Oil)
Dark and white chocolate chips (optional)
Coconut flakes (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
1. Combine 100g oats, 5g baking powder and 1 tsp sugar
2.Mix 1 egg with 20g milk (or your fave plant-based milk)
3.Combine the egg and oat mixes to form a dough
4.Divide the dough into thirds.
Place one of the dough balls into plastic wrap then wrap-and-roll into a long cigar shape
5.Transfer the dough cigar to a baking sheet.
Curve it into the shape of a donut
6.Melt both dark and white chocolate chips in a pan using hot water (or microwave)
7.Glaze one of the donuts with dark chocolate.
Another with white chocolate with coconut flakes on top
