Beetroot sabzi
🧆 Ingredients (serves 2 people)
1 grated beetroot
1 Tomato
1 onion
3 green chilli
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt
2 tbsp oil
🧆 Preparation
In hot oil, add mustard seeds. Once it starts crackling, add onions , green chilli, curry leaves and the masalas. After 2 mins add tomatoes and smash it nicely. Then add the shredded beetroot.
Sprinkle some salt and water. Cover with lid and allow to cool for 10 mins.
Keep stiring in between.
Our yummilicious, delicious and healthy Beetroot sabzi is ready.
Have with rice/ roti and curd.
