Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these irresistible crispy potato skins/boats for your next holiday dinner or appetizers!

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 russet potatoes, scrubbed, dried, and rubbed with a mix of:
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place your potatoes in the Air Fryer, ensuring they are not overcrowding the basket.
Sprinkle sea salt, garlic, and black pepper on all sides of the potatoes.
Use your hands to rub the potatoes, ensuring an even coating of the seasoning.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 400 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes, or until fork tender. (*Remember to check halfway through and rotate if needed.)
Once cooked through, carefully remove the potatoes with tongs.
Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise, creating potato cups/boats.
Scoop out some of the potato flesh to create the perfect potato cup/boat.
Transfer the potato skins back into the air fryer, set to 380 degrees, and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the skin becomes crisp.
Once crispy and irresistible, remove the potato skins/boats from the air fryer.
Get creative and add shredded beef and/or any other toppings to your potato skins/boats.
