. It contains iron and vitamin C. Beet is also full of fiber, hence it is used extensively in food. I was getting very fresh beetroot in the market these days and I got it, so I thought let’s make it. It was very difficult because beet is very large.

It is hard but I made it, I thought let’s try making a spiral and I was successful in making it, so let’s start. Peel the beet and wash it thoroughly with water. After washing, cut it into medium slices and make long shapes. Try to cut long slices and first
