INGREDIENTS
1 24oz low fat container cottage cheese
3 eggs
3 scoops (3/4 cup) vanilla protein powder
Optional, but recommended
1/8 cup stevia or sweetener of choice
Tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
•Preheat oven to 350 and line a cake tray with parchment paper.
•Blend all ingredients until smooth.
•Pour into cake pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes. 35 was the sweet spot for me, but it depends on your oven. It should only jiggle slightly when shaken.
•Let cool completely before storing in the fridge.
