Healthy Christmas Treats for the whole family! These are quick and easy holiday treats that are a healthier alternative to the typical treat.

RECIPES!
Rocky Road:
*Make the jelly lollies first and let them set for 2-4 hours*
(1 x packet sugar free jelly + 2 tbsp gelatin + water)
1 x block 70%-90% dark chocolate
1 x block sugar free milk chocolate (or just another dark choc)
1 tbsp coconut oil
30g sugar free marshmallows
30g macadamia nuts (or any nuts)

M&M COOKIES:
2 x tbsp coconut oil
2 x tbsp rice malt syrup
1/4 x cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 x cup almond meal
1 x tsp baking powder
1 x tsp vanilla extract
1 x egg
M&Ms for decorating
Bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 mins 🙂

GINGERBREAD PROTEIN MUFFINS:
1 x tsp coconut oil
1 x tsp vanilla extract
1 x egg
1 x tbsp molasses
1 x tbsp ground ginger
1 x tbsp cinnamon
1/4 x tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup low calorie sugar substitute
120g greek yoghurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 cups oatmeal (oats blended into flour)
1 x tsp baking powder
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins
Decorations: 1/4 x cup sugar free white chocolate, pretzels and m&ms
