This homemade breakfast sandwich is better than the McDonald’s Starbucks and Dunkin breakfast sandwich and the best part is that you don’t have to go out in the cold to get one!
Make my healthy breakfast sandwich right from home and skip the takeout:
Healthy breakfast sandwich ingredients:
2 slices bread or a bagel, toasted
Cream cheese ~2 tablespoons
2 eggs, pan fried in butter salt and pepper
1 slice turkey bacon
Sides:
Purple sauerkraut (amazing for your gut health and best to eat in the morning to start your day right!)
Leftover kale salad, I’ve been trying to eat more protein and also have a side of veggies with each meal and this leftover kale salad was the perfect breakfast sandwich side. Made with massaged kale, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, raisins, and pistachios

Had some leftover roasted garlic bread and I was thinking that it would make the perfect breakfast sandwich while it didn’t fit perfectly in the toaster oven it did make the most delicious breakfast sandwich I used cream cheese double eggs turkey bacon with some leftover kale salad and sauerkraut on the side
