welcome to my channel, today I have shared 3 different Instant Oats recipes which are very easy and quick. All recipes has different taste and flavor which will make you crazy. Instant Oats recipes are very healthy.

required ingredients-
Recipe -1 -matar paneer oats
oil-1 tbsp
cumin seeds
onion -1 small
tomatoes purée-2 small
garlic, ginger- paste
green peas – 1/4 cup – I used frozen , if you use fresh then boil them first
turmeric powder
cumin coriander powder
red chili powder
salt
kitchen king masala
paneer cubes
instant oats-1/2 cup
cilantro
kasuri methi

recipe-2- Mexican oats
olive oil-1 tsp
garlic chopped-4-5 cloves
onion -1 small
tomatoes-1 small
jalapeño-1
sweet corn
green bell pepper
salt – very less
taco seasoning-2 tsp
black beans -1/4 cup boiled
cilantro
water-1 cup
instant Oats- 1/2 cup
chipotle powder- optional
lettuce
sour cream

recipe-3 Gujarati masala khichdi
ghee-1 tbsp
mustard seeds
cloves-2
cinnamon stick -1
curry leaves
dry red chili
green onion
cauliflower
carrots
green beans
1/4 cup moong daal – 2-3 hours soaked
salt to taste
turmeric powder
red chili powder
cumin coriander powder
garam masala- regular
water -1,1/2 cups
instant oats – 1/2 cup
cilantro
