🍳 They’re incredibly simple to make. I threw together cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, onion, and garlic, all chopped finely in the food processor. Added a couple of eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper, poured the batter into the molds, topped it with cheese, and voilà! Frittatas is ready to go.

Look at those mini frittata I just made for lunch today and they’re very very simple to do so what I did if we have a look here at let’s say at this one uh it’s got in there cauliflower uh broccoli and Brussel brown one onion and a couple of cloves

Of garlic but I just chopped that really really small in the food processor and adding a couple of eggs salt pepper and then pouring that butter here in the m and top it up with a little bit of cheese and here we are fata for lunch serving the Frittata with just a little

Little bit of salad and avocado I will Top it up with just a little bit of olive oil salt pepper of course need some salt and just a little squeeze of lemon here on the avocado and salad and just one more little piece here to serve with and

Voila a little lunch for today for Tata B
