Choice and add it with this green pepper your garlic and your onion and blend them together yes that’s going to serve as a very very good marinade okay so right now I am here prepping the marinade that I’ll be using for my tilapia fish so I’ll be making tilapia
Fish and I’ll be making fried planting that is what we add for dinner for this day okay it is a very very uh good dinner idea and it is very very healthy as well okay so right now I’m going with some extra vagin oil this is extra vagin
Oil but it’s ring small so I’m going to like use the little that is remaining there then I’ll go with the other bottle okay which is also extra vag oil so I’m going to add it which here I already have my green pepper my spices I added
One uh seasoning Cube and my garlic and I I am blending it which is going to serve as my marinade for my tilapia Fish it’s so you guys these are my tilapia fish okay so right now I’m going to pour in my marinade okay so I’ll just pour it inside the fish and I’m going to rub my hands are clean okay if you uh don’t want to use your hand you can can also
