अस्सलाम वालेकुम आज मैं आपके साथ इफ्तारी स्पेशल रेसिपी शेयर कर रही हूं जो कि सबसे पहले हम इफ्तार करते हैं तो खजूर खाते हैं और बच्चों के खजूर रोजे होते हैं तो बहुत ज्यादा एक्साइटेड होते हैं तो उनकी पसंद की चीज मैंने बनाई और मेरी बेटी नेता रोजा
रखा तो मैंने कहा कि उसको यह बहुत पसंद है चॉकलेट के ट्रफ्स तो मैंने खजूरों में से सीड को पहले रिमूव कर दिया उसके बाद इसमें बादाम या काजू या जो आपको फेवरेट हो अखरोट डिफरेंट डिफरेंट मैंने ड्राई फ्रूट्स इसमें फिल कर दिए एक एक पीस रख दिए और
उसके बाद इनको बंद कर दिया और चॉकलेट को मैंने मेल्ट करने रख दिया था चॉकलेट आजकल विंटर है तो जाहर पता है हार्ड होती है बहुत मुश्किल से जो है वो होती है मेल्ट होती है तो मैंने डबल बॉयलर में करके उसको मेल्ट किया उससे यह फायदा होता है कि जब
आप जो है ना बहुत हार्ड नहीं होती है जब आप इसको कोट करके रखते हैं और यह सेट हो जाती है तो हार्ड नहीं होती है माइक्रोवेव करने से बहुत हार्ड हो जाती है तो मैंने इसमें थोड़ा सा दूध भी डाल दिया था उसके बाद मैंने इसको किया था अब इसको मैंने
टूथपिक की मद से पकड़ के इसको इस पर छोड़ दिया या आप दो चम्मच से भी कर सकते हैं बहुत इजी हो जाता है गरम गरम चॉकलेट है थोड़ा एतिहास से करना होता है तो बस इसको कोट करके आपने एक बटर पेपर फैला देना है
और उस परे एतिहास से रखते जाना है बहुत आसान है बच्चे कर लेते हैं एक तो मैंने बनाया बाकी में बच्ची ने बनाया था और उसके ऊपर फ उसने गोल्डन और सिल्वर कलर की स्प्रिंकल्स और बॉल्स जो है छड़कर लग रही थी तो यह रेसिपी बहुत मजेदार है क्योंकि
मैंने इसमें थोड़ा सा मिल्क डाल के चॉकलेट को मेल्ट किया था तो यह देखें जो बची हुई चॉकलेट थी उसमें मैंने ड्राई फ्रूट्स डाल दिए थे और ड्राई फ्रूट्स कोट हो जाते हैं वो भी बच्चे बहुत शौक से खा लेते हैं जिन बच्चों को ड्राई फ्रूट पसंद नहीं है तो
उनको इस तरह से देखें साइड पर रखी हुई है ड्राई फ्रूट्स वाली जो चॉकलेट है और खजूर वाली बहुत मजे की बनी ऊपर से चॉकलेट उसके अंदर खजूर उसके अंदर ड्राई फ्रूट और वो जो टेक्सचर था ना वो बहुत ही ज्यादा जबरदस्त सी जो बबली वाला कैडबरी आती है ना बिल्कुल
उस तरह का इसकी चॉकलेट लग रही थी क्योंकि मिल्की चॉकलेट हमने बना ली थी तो यह रेसिपी आपको बहुत आसान और मजेदार लगी होगी जल्दी से बन जाती है बस चॉकलेट को मेल्ट करना होता है बाकी काम सब आसान तो रोजाना डिफरेंट डिफरेंट इफ्तारी में चीजें रखें बच्चों को बहुत एंजॉय करेंगे
