In a saucepan bring plant-based milk to boiling, my preferred one is oat milk. Stir in oats, banana, dates and cinnamon, cook for 3 minutes, reduce heat to low.

1 1/2 cups oats
2 bananas
2-3 dates
ground cinnamon
7-8 pieces fresh strawberries
1 mango (you can also use pineapple)
optional (chocolate chips)
