INGREDIENTS:
4 cups broccoli florets ,steamed
2 lb organic chicken breast
2 cups organic jasmine rice
salt
pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs sesame seeds
2 tbs less sodium soy sauce

Steam the broccoli florets for 7 minutes.
Cook the rice or steam the rice for 15 minutes.
Cook the chicken for 12-14 minutes.
Transfer the broccoli steamed ,the cooked rice and the chicken to a large serving plate . Top with sesame seeds and enjoy with soy sauce .💛
