Whenever I’m in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 26
Kimchi
– Super low calorie (also most pickles are as well!)
– Very versatile as you can just have it with meat to save calories or there are a lot of recipes out there that use Kimchi
– Great source of probiotics!
– Smells like fart
Slurpee
– A slurpee but no sugar AND you can get a giant cup for it… Nothing else needs to be said 🤤
Low fat chips
– Low in fat
– Pre-cut to save you heaps of time
– Lightly oiled already so all you do is throw them into the air fryer
– These have been great and are probably the only way I’ll have calorie friendly fries as it just makes it so much easer 👌🏼
