Don’t Put greens in your smoothie, do this instead:
Kale & apple salad with almond butter ginger dressing
2 tablespoons of almond butter
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
a pinch of pepper
1 inch of ginger shredded
1 apple shredded
1-2 tablespoon liquid aminos (more or less depending on salt preference)
The Salad contains Kale, shredded carrots, apples, Sweet pepper, broccoli and it is topped with my protein seed mix of pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds,flax, and hempseed, but you could add so much more to it and make it your own. For instance, I don’t like raw onion, but you should add it if you like it. You can use any leafy greens like spinach,arugula, and cabbage. Beets & Pomegranate seeds are also good for increasing NO production. Really, just eat the rainbow and you will be fine!
