5 HEALTHY SMOOTHIE RECIPES FOR THE WEEK | high protein edition



As promised, my fav high protein smoothie recipes!! I linked my protein in case you want to try the same one, I absolutely love it.

recipes:
Blueberry Bae
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 3/4 cup milk, adjust if needed
– 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
– 1 tbsp peanut butter

PB DREAM
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– frozen banana
– 1 pitted date
– 1 tsp cacao powder
– a few ice cubes optional
– 1 scoop chocolate protein

– 1/2 cup milk of choice, less or more depending on desired consistency
Peanut Butter and Jelly
– 1 cup frozen mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1 pitted date, 1/2 cup milk (more if needed for consistency)

Tropical Mango:
– 1 cup frozen mango/pineapple mix
– 1/4 cup greek yogurt
– 1 scoop vanilla whey
– 1/4 cup coconut water (more if needed)
– squeeze juice from 1/2 a orange

Coffee Frappe
– 1 cup ice
– 1/2 cup milk of choice
– 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein
– 1 shop espresso (or cold brew)
