long time no see so I’m back with a what I eat in a few days more further – I took you guys along a couple days of all my eats & workouts! 👩🏽🍳I love cooking & I love food even more so I hope you guys can take some inspos from my recipes & eats!

Tuna salad
– 1/2 red onion diced
– 2-3 pickles diced
– 2 small heads of romain lettuce chopped
– 1tbs light mayonnaise (or more)
– 1tbs greek yoguhrt
– salt
– pepper
– 1tsp smoked paprika
– parsley chopped
– chives chopped
– squeeze of lemon juice

Turkey meatballs
– 1lb of ground turkey
– 1egg
– 1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs
– 1/3 cup of diced yellow onion
– 1-2 cloves of minced garlic
– 2tbs greek yoguhrt
– 1tbs powdered chicken broth/buillon
– 2tbs chopped parsley
– salt & pepper to taste
– 1tsp smoked paprika
– grated parmesan cheese
