600 g (1 lb) chicken breast, boneless skinless, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, cut into 2 inch cubes, layers separated
1 red pepper, cut into 2 inch cubesr
Lime wedges, to garnish
Fresh coriander
For the marinade
125g (4 oz) low-fat yogurt
10g (2 tsp) ginger, minced
10g (2 tsp) garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt and pepper to taste

Kebabs super versatile absolutely
delicious and this is how you make them
we’re going to make a quick marinade for
the chicken get some yogurt and then add
curry powder along with a tablespoon of
lime juice equal measures of garlic and
ginger plent of black pepper and some
salt mix that all through and then to
that you’re going to add chicken breasts
or chicken thighs chicken breasts
obviously have less calories in it and a
leaner and mix all that through and pop
it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
you could do longer up to 8 hours if you
wanted while that’s marinating chop up
your veggies I’m using some pepper and
onion and then you got to thread them
onto the skewers and you can cook these
in the air fryer but I’m going to
barbecue them as you can see they look
