Healthy food options aren’t always synonyms too much work in the kitchen, with a little planner and creativity is possible to prepare tasty, healthy and nutritious meals.
So today we will make these options of bread that I call Chicken Fit Bread and what I like more in this bread is that the toppings can be reaplaceble.
My recipes always have a lot of Fiber and Protein.
Chicken Fit Bread Recipe
3 entire Eggs
3 TBS. Olive oil
6 TBS Oat Flour
1 TBS. Rice Flour
Bit of (almost )1 Tsp. Salt
Bit of Black Pepper
Bit of Dried Onion or Dried Garlic
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Toppings Ingredients:
2 TBS. Chopped red onions
1 Chopped Tomato Seasoned with Italian Season
40 Grams of your favorite Cheese ( I used Smoked Gouda)
60 grams of Shredded Chicken cooked and seasoned
2 TBS. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease a loaf pan with Coconut oil or Coconut oil spray.
Using a hand whisky mix together the eggs and Olive Oil in a bowl, then add the Oat Flour and Rice Flour, combine Salt, Black Pepper and Dried Onion or Garlic and mix again. Add Baking Powder and slightly stir.
Pour batter into loaf pan, place the toppings I suggest to start with the Cheese, then Onions, Shredded Chicken, Tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, if you like you can sprinkle Oregano on the top.
Bake until cooked, will take almost 35 minutes.
Enjoy it with a Concord Juice.
