Quick and easy air fryer breakfast recipe with Tortilla wrap.
Ingredients:
Tortilla wrap – 1
Tomato – 1 tsp
Cheese of choice – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1
Tuna flakes 15 g
Salt – to taste.
150 C for 10 minutes

let’s make some healthy breakfast using
tortilla wraps and good protein this is
an easy one so save it for later and I’m
going to use my air fryer for that which
will make it even simple one tortilla
wrap and I’m putting some tomato paste
on that it looks more like pizza now I’m
going to put it on a dish which is round
and oven proof one egg goes in topped
with some cheese and then tuna more
cheese on top now it’s time to season
them but for that use a fork to mix
everything in so that egg Cooks properly
using just salt and some fresh green to
make it even healthier now it goes on
the air fryer basket where it will cook
for 10 minutes at 160° C when it’s done
it will look something like that really
healthy let me cut it and show you how
the inside looks like you can keep it in
the air fryer for a little bit less time
