Homemade baby puffs are a great gluten-free and dairy-free baby finger food that can also be made egg free. These healthy baby snacks melt in your mouth and are a great mess-free option for children over 6 months!

I’ve made baby Puffs at home a bunch of
times now since my now four-year-old was
about 9 months and it’s actually a lot
easier than you think you can honestly
use whatever fruits and veggies you have
on hand you definitely should do at
least half in fruits so they are
palatable and then you puree them
together then mix with a few other
ingredients to make a thick batter you
can actually make these eggs for you
with flex eggs and then transfer to a
Piping Bag then pipe on a baking sheet
into little circles or whatever shape
you want you bake until the pffs are dry
and lightly golden you don’t want them
too crunchy especially if your baby is
Young because they won’t dissolve well
in their mouths taste test to check on
the texture and it should taste pretty
bland with a bit of sweetness but my
1-year-old loves them so much
