[Music] hi guys and welcome back to my Channel at home with shell so today I have a 7day meal plan and grocery haul for you so I’ll basically be showing you everything that I’m eating going to eat for breakfast lunch dinner any kind of snacks on there and I’ll put a screenshot of my meal plan up here and we’ll ALS so link it on the website so if you want to go on there then you can kind of go and have a look as well and then what I’ve done is I’ve got my grocery haul out and I’ve just kind of laid it out in each of the different days what I’ll be having on each of those days and then kind of talk through what I’ll be having and then I’ve got a table full of kind of everything else as well so as most of you know I’m following sliming World I also do kind of calorie count as well so hopefully this video is useful if you’re trying to watch what you eat or following sliming World um any of the recipes I do put quite a lot of recipes on my foodie Instagram page which is eat well not lessore UK so if you want to follow me over there then you’ll see kind of yeah I upload loads of my foodie recipes over there so yeah I hope you enjoy it if you do give it a thumbs up and if you are new then I would love for you to subscribe Monday night will be a vegetable curry I love this Curry I’ve made it a few times and it is just so filling but so delicious and full of veggies as well and Arabella will eat it it’s a really great way of getting loads more veggies into your family so it’s got Butternut squashing spinach Pata Tomatoes or you candy shes a couple of tins of tomatoes some chickpeas we’re having it with rice but if we weren’t then I would add a another K tin of chickpeas um some garlic a couple of cett some tomato puree red onions and then I’ll just add some curry powder just whatever curry powder that you want to add to it and then like I said I’ll serve that with some rice and some yogurt Tuesday we’ll have a simple chicken and pasta dish so it’s a really simple dish it’s just got chicken breasts in it um a sauce a kind of like lemony cheesy sauce which I’ll just make using some like a really light chicken stock some Philadelphia light lemon and then I’ll also add a few chives or some Basel leaves to that as well um and just serve some veggies on the side Wednesday night we’ll be having the leftover Curry because this does make I would say it probably makes about five portions so there’ll definitely be enough for Nick and I to have it on Wednesday as well Thursday we’ll be having a beef noodle kind of type dish I’ve already got some noodles so I didn’t need to buy any of them but picked up some of these beef stir fry strips these are really good actually they go quite a long way as well so this will easily serve four people um and then just for some extra veggies in there I’m going to add some bean sprouts Mong to and then tender stem broccoli tips and then sauce wise I’ll add in some oyster sauce and then I’ll also add in some soy sauce and Hoying sauce which I already have and like I said serving it with the noodle again which I have but just super quick this only takes around 10 minutes to make Friday evening is kind of like a fish and chips but a little bit of a healthier one um so I wasn’t going to have this but then I saw this L lemon and pepper seab bass fet on offer in Tesco when I was in there um it was £350 for two fet which is actually really good value so I kind of changed what we were having and picked up these instead and I’ll just serve them with some new potatoes and aspar and whatever other veggies that I want to serve it with again super simple tea but just perfect on a Friday night when you’re tired and you don’t want to spend ages in the kitchen Saturday I’m going to be making a slow cooked Ru type dish so for this I’ve got beef mints I’m using the 5% fat one I always get this one 500 G um a couple of tins of tomatoes or I’m using one tin of tomato one Pata celery carrots onion to make the base and then I’m going to add a one of the beef stock cubes and then I’ve got some sundried Tomatoes just to give it something a little bit extra um I’ll also add some like Italian seasoning and herbs that kind of thing serving that with some rigoton so this rigoton is so nice it tastes like the fresh pasta wor I’ve tried loads of different ones and this Tesco finest one is incredible so and because it’s Saturday it’s a bit of a treat so went for the finest one um and then just some Parmesan on so that is all the dinners because then Sunday we are going to Nick’s parents um for dinner and then over here I’ve just got some milk so I’ve got um a large Craven Dale skimmed milk and then a smaller whole milk so we always have the skimmed one Arabella has that always by Craven D just because it seems to last so much longer um and then just got some toilet tries so hair spray hair detangling stuff for Arabella deodorant um toothpaste and then picked up these Gorgeous Flowers as well which were £4 on the CLI card and I just thought how beautiful are they perfect for spring summer and just yeah a fresh flowers just cheer me up so much now moving over to the miscellaneous section which is basically everything else that isn’t a dinner so starting down here I’ve got loads of fresh fruit so raspberries blackberries strawberries a huge penet of um blueberries down there some grapes melon what else have we got bananas apples yeah just kind of everything just try to get loads of fresh fruit into our diet um over here some snacks for Arabella so she’s got one of these attacker snacks just as a little thing just handy to keep in the fridge um some fromage Fray yogurts a couple of smoothies monster Munch crisps and then I’ve got behind there uh what’s behind there french fries so I like those they’re really low in calories as well then moving to around here I’ve got a couple of packets of ham these again were on offer I think if you got two they worked out cheaper than buying the non- Tesco finest ham which was really good and then I got some of these tortilla wraps um I’ll just use these as my kind of healthy extra be my fake one CU I know they’re not really but I don’t ever understand it so I just count them as it um and then yeah Arabella will have them with like ham or cheese I’ll have like a pra one one day for my lunch um I’ve got these for Arabella these sorines but I sometimes quite like them too because they’re fairly low in calories I think they’re 92 calories which is fairly good I got another see down there swiming sliming World magazine as well some fresh basil um what else I got um eggs we a lot of eggs in this house eggs is a definit go-to cereal for me um then I’m kind of moving on to any vegetables so what we’re trying to do is just have a bowl of vegetables on the side of any dinner which hasn’t got loads of vegetables in it already so I’ve just kind of brought some um broccoli sugar snap peas and then I’ve got some ad packs as well these are the steam fresh you just put a bag you get four bags in a pack um you pop the bag into the microwave 3 minutes later and you’ve got perfect steamed Veg it’s just a really good way of getting extra veg in and obviously because it’s frozen it doesn’t go off so I’ve got this one um and then else have I got I got this one as well so two different kind of mixes um I’ve got this beetroot so this is really nice to have in like salads and stuff I love a beetroot salad couple of avocados some sugar snack peas so these will either go with a dinner or I really like them just to snack on some mushrooms I use mushrooms quite a lot in omelets um and then I got these feta cubes whilst I was in there normally I buy the feta um you know the actual block of it but I saw these and thought it might be better it might last a little bit longer because it’s in a container already got some carrots um some prawn so that will be for a couple of lunches I’ll make like a kind of a prawn wrap or something to have one day um I’ve got this will be a lunch for Nick and I we’ve got the hot smoked salmon filets these are really nice just with some salad um I thought I would try these as well actually these witw worth shots I’ve never had them before but they’re a mix of sweetened dried cranberries raisins and white milk chocolate protein clusters so they’re only 88 calories as well so yeah thought I would give those a try got some little gem lettuces peppers a rocket salad tin tomato um these are really good little snacks as well that I quite like they’re the frigerators the chicken ones so I get those in the roasted chicken and the seven the seven style chicken bites um jacket potatoes jacket potatoes again is another goto lunch cottage cheese something that we have quite a lot I’ll just have this on some bread or I have it on loads of stuff to be honest and yogurt I really like the farahi 0% fat free yog yogurt that is so good and again with on offering tesos Nick gets these yogurts he really likes those I think you get four for £3 or something I needed some juice and some more condiments I got the reduced fat salad cream and tomato ketchup um got some oats behind there Cheerios for Arabella and some chocolate weab Bic minis which I absolutely love and they are part of your Healthy extra be on a sliming world as well so yeah oh I forgot to show you these as well these are these are the chocolate fixes 68 calories for one and these are the new orange ones thought I would try these because they were also on offer so that is the grocery haul and everything that my family and I will be eating for the rest of the week I hope you found this video useful I know I really enjoy kind of watching grocery hauls and seeing what people buy and
