A Zero Cooking Balanced Healthyish day! Details:

Breakfast: My lazy girl microwave pancake! 1/2 cup protein pancake mix (I like Clean Simple Eats buttermilk mix – code meagan10), 1/3 c milk, 1 egg, few tbsp of applesauce (I used half the pack and ate the rest while it cooked lol), and cinnamon- microwave 3 mins! Topped with sf syrup, zero sugar reddiwhip and fruit.

Lunch: A chicken caesar wrap with a low carb (high fiber) tortilla, laughing cow cheese, chicken deli meat, lettuce, light caesar dressing (I weighed it and used about 1.5 tbsp), and then had lesser evil popcorn and carrots (and a little light ranch).

Snack: a protein orange Julius! 1 serving of vanilla protein (clean simple eats again is my fav), 1 cup of orange juice (I used trop50 for less calories), 1/4 c skim milk, 1 tbsp sweet cream creamer (optional) and a 1/4 c oikos pro vanilla greek yogurt. This is a summer staple of mine!

Dinner: High Protein Egg salad! 4 boiled eggs (2 wholes and 1 just whites), 3 tbsp fage greek yogurt, 1 tbsp light mayo, dijon mustard, bread & butter pickles! I ate with 1 piece of sourdough bread and grapes.

Ended the day at 1495 calories and 111g protein! I eat this way 2x a week (when I post) and it’s how I lost weight and currently since I’m in maintenance (for now) I intuitively eat.
