Chocolate Chip banana muffins | Serves 6 |
-3 cups rolled oats
-2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/8 tsp nutmeg
-1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
-2 bananas mashed (the darker the sweeter)
-2 eggs
-1 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
-Chocolate chip
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees F*
Egg Muffin Cups | Serves 6 |
-6 large eggs
-1/4 cup of milk
-1/8 tsp salt & pepper
-Veggies of choice
-1/4 cup cheddar cheese
*Preheat oven at 375 degrees F*
Egg White Sandwich
-2 egg whites
-1 whole wheat English muffin
-2 slices of low sodium ham (thick cut)
-1 slice of cheddar cheese
*You can add just a smidge of butter on the bread, but just a SMIDGE* hehe
