pista
cashews
raisins
almond
Poppy seed
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
ghee

method:

1.Dry roast almond, cashew, sunflower seeds, pista and pumpkin seeds

2. Blend dates and raisins coarsly

3. add 2 tsp ghee and roast dates and raisin paste

4. mix ghee roasted dates and raisins with dry roasted ingredients
5. combine well to form cylindrical shape
6. dry roast poppy seeds
7. roll cylindrical dry fruits over roasted poppy seed
8. wrap with aluminum foil and refrigerate 2hrs
9. cut in spiral shape and enjoy
