okay so this is how I’m going to round out my dinner I did the those smashed up potatoes now I did mine with Greek yogurt because that’s what I have in my refrigerator if you have milk in your refrigerator by all means use milk okay so just smashed up some potatoes but made them like you know not really heavy and thick with fat then I did the Box Choy that I told you about that I just sauteed and then I did the bison meatloaf now I’m just going to drizzle it with some olive oil just to kind of balance some of the fats but this is the kind of like carbohydrates that I need to sleep okay so remember we have more than just one hormones as we get older and the ones that we need to talk about are also our sleep hormones and carbohydrates are a very important energy source but they are also a very important comfort food right so we get to use carbohydrates in so many different ways so this is what I use for my comfort food to be able to sleep well so
