Ingredients:

But he appreciated this breakfast If we come to the process, first take a spoon of oil or ghee in a pan and add tempering to it. Once these are fried, add 1 cup sooji Rava and fry it. By putting the flame in medium to sim Once the Rava is fried, it will have a good aroma. Then turn off the stove and let the Rava cool down. Once the Rava cools down, add 1 tsp of salt, 3-4th cup of curd, 1 cup of water. Mix everything well and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 mints add some coriander leaves, 1 cup of water and mix it. Finally add 1/2 tsp of backing powder Place it in an oiled Idli plate and steam it for 15 minutes in medium flame. That’s it.
