Ep 13. Chipotle’s Guacamole Recipe
I used to work at Chipotle and I fell in love with their food. But, recently their prices have gotten so expensive. So, I decided to make this series and share my knowledge. All of Chipotle’s recipe use healthy ingredients and are so easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
– 4 Avocados
– 2 Tablespoons Minced Cilantro
– 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
– 1 Tablespoon Diced Jalapeno
– Juice from 1 Lime
– Juice from 1/2 Lemon
– Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Dice the avocados and place the flesh in a bowl. Mince the cilantro, dice the red onion and jalapeno, and juice the lime and lemon.
2. Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado in the bowl until it reaches your desired consistency, whether that be smooth, chunky, or somewhere in between.
3. Add the minced cilantro, diced red onion, and diced jalapeno to the mashed avocado.
4. Pour the lime juice and lemon juice over the mixture.
5. Add salt to taste and mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
6. Serve and enjoy!
