4 healthy evening meals ideas all between 550-750 calories I always aim for high protein meals everything I had this week is listed below, hopefully give you some meal ideas.

King prawn buffalo wraps with feta cheese:
545 calories + 26.8g Protein
3x mini wheat and white wraps
90g king prawns
40g feta cheese
20g ready made salad mix
For the sauce : 15g honey,1tbsp hot sauce, 10g American mustard, squeeze lime – I made 1 portion of this to book with the prawns and 1 portion to drizzle on top

Crispy cornflakes ‘breaded chicken’ wrap
749 calories + 89.6g Protein
Wholemeal tortilla wrap
250g chicken breast cut into strips
36g cornflakes
1 egg – seasoning used in the video use what you like
Use spray oil to cook the chicken
Top with sauce once cooked- honey, hot sauce, garlic , sriracha optional (heat up and add at the end)

Pizza style flatbread
544 calories + 43.3g protein
Greek style flatbread(mines from Sainsburys)
10g tomato puree
30g mature cheddar
80g cooked chicken breast
35g onions
Served with 50g pickled gherkins and light mayo

Cod fishcake with salad and jacket potato
627 calories + 22.9 Protein
Cod fishcake (mine was from Sainsbury’s)
230g baking potato
15g cheddar for the potato
65g be good to yourself coleslaw
Served with mixed salad and beetroot
