The perfect way to use those ripe bananas you have sitting around!!

-3 ripe bananas
-1/2 cup greek yogurt
-1/2 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 1/2 cup flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp salt

Cinnamon swirl
-3 tbsp melted butter
-3 tbsp brown sugar
-3 tbsp cane sugar
-1 tsp cinnamon

How to:
Preheat your oven to 350F.

In a bowl mash your bananas then add in your yogurt and sugar. Mix to combine then add in your eggs.

In a separate bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix. Add your dry to your wet and fold to combine.

Add batter to a lined 8×8 baking dish and top with your cinnamon swirl.

Bake for 40-42 minutes and top with icing!!
