Planning on adding Millets to your diet than you have come to the right place. Today I am sharing a hearty, nutritious, wholesome, high protein Veg Millet Bowl Recipe. This millet recipe is so easy & simple to make. I have used proso millet but you can use any small millet for this recipe like kodo, barnyard, samai etc or even amaranth seeds. These millets look identical to quinoa, but when cooked they are nuttier and sweeter in taste with chewy texture. For veggies you can toss anything available with you. for protein I am adding marinated tofu, but feel free to replace it with paneer or mung sprouts. I promise it’s the easiest way you will find of adding these power grains to your diet.
