This simple and easy aloo (potato) sandwich is a super quick snack that is perfect for kids. It only takes 5 minutes to assemble and cook, giving you more time to do the things you love. You can add more vegetables if you wish to make this even healthier. You can also use mayonnaise instead of green chutney.

Aloo (Potato) Sandwich Ingredients:

Bread, 2 slices
2 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
Frozen Peas (matar), 1 cup
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Tomato, cut into rounds
Cheese, 1 slice
Chaat Masala, 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp
Green Chutney, 2-3 tsp
Butter, 1 tsp
Salt, as per taste
