I don’t get why fresh fruits are still so under rated? You don’t need to add any refined sugars for them to still be sweet and refreshing. Throw in a little mint or basil if you like a little more depth to your drinks.

The main difference between this beverage and juice is the fiber. When you juice your fruits you are left with pure sugar and miss out on all the benefits of the fiber from the whole food.
