1) Cheesy chicken rolls
INGREDIENTS chicken breast 150g tomato puree 200g peeled tomatoes basil Parmesan cheese as needed ham provola cheese METHOD 1. Using parchment paper, flatten the chicken breast. 2. Fill with sliced provola cheese and ham. 3. Roll up the chicken and fillings and close it with a toothpick. 4. In a pan, season the tomato puree and peeled tomatoes with salt, pepper, oil, and oregano, and let it cook for about 10 minutes (this is a healthier alternative, you could also saute garlic in the olive oil before adding the tomato puree). 5. Place the rolls into the tomato sauce and let them cook for at least 25 minutes with the lid on. 6. Make sure the chicken is well done before serving them topped with some basil and Parmesan cheese.

2) Potatoes in tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS potatoes salt pepper oregano basil tomato sauce METHOD 1. Cut the semi boiled potatoes and put the slices in a pan with garlic and olive oil. 2. Add salt and pepper, then add the tomato sauce. 3. Add the provola cheese and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Add the basil.

3) Tomato chicken
INGREDIENTS salt pepper olive oil onion tomato puree chicken breast oregano provola cheese basil METHOD 1. Sauté the onions in some olive oil. 2. Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano. 3. Let it simmer for 7 minutes, then add the chicken. 4. Add the provola cheese and some basil leaves and let them continue cooking for about 10/15 minutes. 5. serve hot.
