Breakfast Meal Prep Recipes

INGREDIENTS:
This recipe make 2 servings!
1 1/2 cup soy milk-any milk
4 tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon agave syrup-any sweetener
4 Tablespoon greek-plain yogurt
1 Teaspoon matcha powder
1 Tablespoon maple syrup-any sweetener
decorate with mango

Procedure:
In Jar pour the milk of your choices,follow the chia seeds and sweetener mix until good combine. Sit in a fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
In a small bowl place a 4 tablespoon of greek yogurt or just unflavor add a matcha powder and sweetener of your choice. Mix well.
Layer the chia pudding and the matcha yogurt.
For the toppings place the mango and enjoy!
