2 Bread Slices / Sandwich
1 cup veggies (carrots, cucumber, onion) Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
A little coriander
1/3 cup hung curd sides
Some lettuce leaves
Few slices of tomato (dab it to make it slightly dry)
You could also use cream cheese here for frosting the sandwich dome & simply add green chutney or pesto to it.
