I love meal prepping these days and I usually do this on Tuesdays, hopefully post video up on Friday to inspire those interested in meal planning.
Festive period is nearly over, we all will soon be focusing on losing all the excessive carbs we indulged in over these holidays. I had loads of carbs, I’m hoping to be strict with my eating habits in the coming week. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this lengthy video 😁
