Recipe:
500-550 g of wheat flour (4.5 cups).
2 tablespoons sugar (2 tablespoons).
1 egg + 1 egg yolk.
13 g fresh yeast
125 ml warm water (1/2 cup).
125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup).
30 ml vegetable oil (3 tablespoons).
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
50g butter
For the filling:
200 g of soft cottage cheese (1 cup).
4 tablespoons brown sugar (4 tablespoons).
10 g vanilla sugar (1/2 teaspoon).
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Shape the buns as shown in the video. Brush with egg mixture.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
