Basmathi wash & soak 30 min
Boil water add salt
Add basmathi
Cook well
Drain water
Add cool water
Add oil 1 tsp
Spread on plate
Set aside
Add Jeera 1 tbsp in a bowl
Add Shajeera 1/2 tsp
Add water , set aside
Filter it
In a pan
Ghee 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 tsp
Add Jeera , shajeera
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 4-5
Curry leaves
Add Cooked Basmathi
Salt as needed
Coriander leaves
Mix well
Cook 1-2 min
Turn off
Jeera rice ready
