100 gms Green Moong
8 gms Ghee
Cheese Cube – 1 pcs
Green Chilli
Garlic
Salt To Taste
Method of preparation:
In a mixer jar add garlic, green chillies, Green moong, salt and some water to the mixture and grind it well.
Heat ghee in a pan, take a spoon full of batter and make a round shape.
Flip the chilla and let it cook on both sides and add cheese on top of that.
