Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups ragi flour
– 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits (cranberries, raisins, walnuts)
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, yogurt, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
5. Fold in chopped dry fruits and dark chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
