199 Cals, 15g Carbs, 3g Fat, 31g Protein
✳️ Ingredients for Cheesecake:
453g or 2 Cups Plain, Vanilla, Chocolate Nonfat Greek Yogurt
112g or 1/2 Cups Fat Free Cream Cheese
23g or 3tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
20g or 1/4 Cups Cocoa Powder
2 Scoops Chocolate or Peanut Butter Casein Protein Powder (I used @legion – code nickkaz saves 20%)
24g or 2tbsp Confectioners Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
*if you don’t use casein it will not be as thick – you’ll need to add 14g or 2tbsp sugar free/fat free pudding mix*
✳️ Ingredients for Topping:
1 1/2 Reese’s Thins, Chopped
✳️ Directions:
1. Grab a large mixing bowl (*this recipe makes one big bowl).
2. Add ingredients for pudding. Mix well (I used an electric whisk and I suggest you do the same – it’ll increase volume and thickness).
3. Add to fridge for 1+ hours (12+ hours for the thickest texture). Add ingredients for topping. Then enjoy!
