Strawberry Yogurt Cups 🍓
Ingredients
•Yogurt
•Strawberries
•Melting Chocolate

Directions
1)Chop your strawberries and mix them into your yogurt.
2)Add liners to a mini muffin pan and spoon in your yogurt mixture.
3)Top with melted chocolate and freeze for 3 hours. Enjoy!

Banana Veggie Muffins 🍌
Ingredients
•1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1/2 teaspoon salt
•2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•3 medium bananas
•1 cup chopped zucchini
•1 cup chopped carrots
•1/3 cup avocado oil
•2/3 cup Honey
•1 large egg
•1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•2 Tablespoons milk

Directions
1)Blend together the veggies & wet ingredients.
2)In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
3)Add in the mixture from the blender and stir together.
4)Spray muffin tin and spoon the muffin mixture into the cups.
5)Bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.

Chocolate Strawberry Protein bars 🍫
Ingredients
•2 cups rolled oats
•1/2 cup peanut butter
•1/3 cup honey
•1/2 cup Chocolate protein powder
•2 TBSP cocoa powder
•1/3 cup oat milk
•1/3 cup chia seeds
•1/2 cup chocolate chips
•1 tbsp coconut oil
•Freeze dried strawberries

Directions
1)In a food processor, blend your oats until they become a powder like consistency.

2)Dump oats into a mixing bowl and add in the rest of your ingredients. Stir until combined.

3)Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment or wax paper. Dump your mixture into the pan and press your mixture down into an even layer.

4) Place chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heat it at 15-20 second intervals mixing each time. Once it’s melted, pour over your protein bars.

5) Crunch up your strawberries, sprinkle over your chocolate, and then place in your fridge for 5 minutes to help the chocolate set up. Cut into bars and enjoy!
