-50g Sugar-free dark chocolate above 55% (melted with 60ml milk for coating)
-Dessicated coconut (for the final touch)

Steps:
1. Deseed the dates.
2. Prepare the filling: Mix whey isolate, peanut butter, and a little milk to a creamy texture.
3. Fill the dates with the mixture and add a nut inside.
4. Coat the dates in melted dark chocolate (or seal just the ends if you want to make it less calorie dense).
5. Sprinkle with dessicated coconut and freeze for an hour.
